Balustrades
From very simple straight glass to extremely complex spiral ellipse, Bassett & Findley can manufacture balustrades to suit the most demanding needs. The complex shapes are manufactured around purpose built drums that replicate the internal well of the staircase and then transferred to site for the final installation, and sometimes site welding to forming a continuos handrail from top to bottom.
With the aid of 2D, 3D CAD and 3D modelling, all designs can be resolved before a single piece of metal is cut.

This solid nickel silver balustrade is complimented with a leather finished handrail. The design intent was to supply a nickel plated frame, but the level of intricate fabrication rendered this finish impossible and BF offered a material that is an excellent substitute and we enjoy working with.
